While our packaging is robust, long-distance transportation involves risks. If the lampshade or accessories are damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately with photos. We will provide replacement accessories free of charge.

We offer a 3-year warranty for electrical faults under normal use. This includes free repair or replacement of faulty parts. Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modification is not covered.
